Russian troops who help Ukrainian separatists in the Donbass region allegedly use a laser weapon to blind the eyes of his opponent. The laser weapon was reportedly used to blind the eyes of a Ukrainian border guard personnel. "A few days ago, one of the officers was on guard at the border of Maryinka and was monitoring the area using binoculars and blind eyes from light raids," the Border Guard Service of Ukraine said on Friday (30/3/2018).
According to reports, the blinding laser beam of the Ukrainian border guard came from a territory occupied by Russian forces. "Based on medical diagnosis it is the only thing that can cause this blindness because the enemy uses a large beam of light, or laser," added the Border Guard Service of Ukraine.
Russian troops take control of a number of strategic points in the Donbass region and Ukraine in 2014. Since then, Russia has continued to strengthen its position in territories previously territorial Ukraine.
